Shipping Policy

8HP.Shop supplies a mix of small parts, electronics, adapter kits, large driveline components and complete ZF 8HP gearboxes. Shipping method and timing depends on the item size, supplier location and whether the item is stocked, ordered in, or part of a done-for-you service.

Australia-wide shipping

We ship within Australia. Small parts are normally sent by courier or post. Gearboxes, transfer cases and large conversion parts usually require freight quoting and may ship by pallet or depot delivery.

Freight and bulky parts

Large items may require a separate freight quote, commercial delivery address, forklift access or depot pickup. If freight needs to be confirmed after order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Dispatch timing

Stocked items generally dispatch within 1–3 business days. Special-order, imported, built-to-order or service items may take longer. Product pages and follow-up emails should be treated as the current lead-time reference.

International shipping

International enquiries are handled case by case. Duties, taxes, customs fees and import compliance are the customer’s responsibility.
